Agreed all around. For me, the $15/month unlimited data plan and EVDO speed makes wifi pretty much a non issue. If I had it, I'd probably use it occasionally - very occasionally.
GPS would be nice, but I have a GPS setup in my car, so again, only a nice-to-have.
