[Treo] Network speed test revisited

I have been testing my Verizon 700P network connection with 
http://text.dslreports.com/mspeed

Is this the most reliable way to test? I just got 140 kbit/sec using 
the 1MB test, 220kbit/sec using 200k and 102 kbit/sec using 400k.
