You're getting what I usually get with Sprint on my 700p. In comparison, a colleague's WinMo device was getting 500kbps when he and I did a head-to-head test at the same table at the same time. That's the main reason I think Blazer (and perhaps Palm's NVFS implementation) provides a poor vehicle for bandwidth testing in general.
