I believe Shadowmite created a file that you load and it blocks that screen. The only thing you see after loading the file is 'the call has ended'. On the 755p it was annoying because there was a slight lag between the first display of the dialog box and when you could hit the center button to dismiss it. On the Centro I can hit the center button immediately to dismiss it, so it's less annoying.
