That is the error message I'm now getting on my XP desktop more often than not when I try to sync my Treo 680 to Outlook 2000 via Pocket Mirror XT v3.1. This simply started happening out of the blue a couple days ago. This error crashes Hotsync.
If I then kill the zombie Outlook process, I can then restart Hotsync on the desktop and run the sync.
