I'm a Verizon customer whose contract is about to end. I'm considering the Sprint SERO plan and getting a Centro.
It looks like I must order the phone online if I want the SERO plan. Is that right? If I ordered it online, then do I get the same replacement and repair rights in my local Sprint store? If I'm on the SERO plan, do I get the same replacement and repair rights in my local Sprint store?
