As you probably recall, Don, I left 1&1 for Sherweb as well.  No problems so 
far, but it's been what, 3-4 months at most?  I haven't needed to call them and 
I haven't needed to go to their support site really after setting things up.  
I'm also using WM phone with them, so the setup is a bit different and I can't 
tell you how it would work with Versamail...
