I tried to uodate and got the same problem. For some reason the app wouldn't run. It said the ChatterUtils.prc was out of date. Even thought the self-extractor included the ChatterUtils.prc file, it obviously does not overwrite the previously ChatterUtils.prc file. I deleted the ChatterUtils.prc with Resco Explorer and ran the installer again. It works now.
