I found that I had to remove the entire program and then redownload (get.chatteremail.com). Just remember you have to quit chatter first.

For some reason the app wouldn't run. It said the ChatterUtils.prc was out of date. Even thought the self-extractor included the ChatterUtils.prc file, it obviously does not overwrite the previously ChatterUtils.prc file.
