Have you done a battery reset? The link below is to make the Treo battery meter read the battery status for the OEM battery correctly, but I am guessing it would fix issues with the extended battery, too. http://blog.treonauts.com/2007/01/treo_680_batter.html FWIW, the one step I see missing is before step 1: discharge the battery COMPLETELY. I did this once, and now when I pull my Treo off the cradle, it drops to 99% instead of 93%-96%, and when it says 0% it actually dies, whereas it used to run for another hour or so showing 0%. Joe
