Hi, I just performed the software update from the Palm site. Now when it is connected to the hot sync cable a red light on the front top left keeps lit. If I disconnect the cable, the light goes away. This never happened before the update.
The update is supposed to improve my Bluetooth connection, which has never worked. I have not tried this yet. Any ideas why this light is red? Verizon tech support does not have a clue. Thanks, Lou
