I see.  Don't you have your appts sync over the air to your desktop
organizer of some sort?  That's the beauty of these devices, is
real-time over the air synchronization, making backups pointless.

Sounds risky without it...

I run my practice on this device and need to know I can restore my
calendar of patient appts easily without worry. Data entry is often all
day. I backup with Reso Backup every 3 hours, with multiple generations
of data. The office backup to a separate card is simply insurance
against losing the device.
