I upgraded to a Sprint Centro two weeks ago from a Sprint 650. For me it's a great improvement; I never had any resetting issues and still don't. The only thing I don't like (so far!) is that I have to choose whether the phone enters numbers or searches contacts when I start entering a number or a name. With the 650, I could start pressing number keys and the phone would search contacts until no contact matched my input and would then convert to dialing a phone number. I miss this.
