I have had that problem with my 650 and my 680 and a variety of 
headsets. I also have NOT had that problem with my 650 and 680 and a 
variety of headsets.
I currently do not have the problem with the 680 and a BlueAnt V12.

So I've come to the opinion that how well Bluetooth works is a function 
of the combination, rather than either device.
