Sounds interesting. I bought the Innodock Jr and it really messed up my Vista machine when I connected and tried to use it. I have no explanation for that, but I'm certainly not going to connect it again! I might try this one out. Given that the connector is the same, I see no reason the previous Palm Treos' cradles wouldn't work, though!
