I demo'd CardExport II on my Treo 680 this past Sunday and quickly
decided it was a keeper.

I received a registration serial number from the developer, Softick,
on Monday, but it didn't work. I thought it might be due to my
HotSync ID which has a trailing blank space after it, but Softick
emailed me and said the serial number should still work. It didn't,
so Softick sent me a HS_Info.prc file to install & run on my Treo.
I then sent Softick the copy/pasted info from the file and they
promptly sent me back a new serial number. The new number doesn't
work either. I've just emailed Softick to let them know that the
new number also doesn't work. They'll probably send me another
serial number to try. Maybe the third time will be the charm.

The only other time I encountered this kind of problem was a couple
of years ago with my T3 and PXA Clocker. And the developer had to
send me a special version of the file that would work with my
HotSync ID.

Has anyone else here ever encountered problems with getting the
serial number for CardExport to take?
