I have an A-data that hasn't failed electronically but the plastic is so
cheap that the write-protect tab broke off and now the thing is
unwriteable until I "fix" it with superglue. The company ignored my
request for a replacement so I'll never buy any of their junk again.
I just bought an SanDisk Ultra III and the thing is blazing fast. I think
that Adorama.com had 8GB cards, after rebate, for $40 and 4GB for $20.
They're a bit pricier than others but I've never had reason to complain
about SanDisk products so it's worth it.
