Yup, my mistake on the name of the card.  It's an Extreme III, not Ultra 
III.  Hope I didn't cause too much confusion and googlizing out there.

Actually you can get it as a Visa gift card as well that is valid 
anywhere.  Adorama's rebate form still shows availability as a gift card 
but some others (like B&H) don't so read the rebate carefully.  Some 
vendors will also give you an extra 10% if you take the rebate as a store 
credit.

That's a dangerous place to work.  My office is within walking distance of 
B&H and the Apple store so my wallet trembles when I go out to lunch on a 
nice day.  :-)
