[Treo] SD Card Crash

During a recent crash of my Sprint Treo 755p, I noticed that my SD card 
got wiped out!  I didn't even think this was possible.  Now, when I try 
to access it, I'm asked to format the card and that all data will be 
erased.  I'm guessing that I'm out of luck and have to do this.  I 
don't think the card gets backed up during a HotSync.  Any 
suggestions?  Thanks!
