I just had my trusty leather 680 case (sold as "AT&T") with a belt  
clip that was spring-loaded (i.e., very firm grasp) come apart on me  
after about a year and a half of fine functioning. It became caught  
on my car door handle as I was getting out and just pulled the whole  
clip assembly off the case so looks unrepairable. I bought the best  
replacement I could find at the local ATT store but they only had a  
side-mounted case (prior was upright) with a non-spring-loaded clip  
(just leather-covered bent metal) that promptly fell of my scrub  
pants at work yesterday two times, fortunately without apparently  
damaging the Treo.      Does anyone have a good recommendation for a  
sturdy case, easily accessible to the phone, that has a very firmly- 
grasping, probably spring-loaded, belt clip? The problem seems to be  
with latching it onto a pair of thin scrub pants which I wear at work  
every day which only has the pant material plus a thin fabric rope- 
tie (i.e., "belt") - very little to grasp. Wearing it on a regular  
belt has rarely been a problem as far as it coming off the belt.
