CDMA and GSM are two completely different technologies.  To "support"
both on a single device is a hardware issue more than a software one -
the phone would require two cellular radios.

So you'd be talking about a phone with five, maybe six completely
different radios (one for BT, one for WiFi, one for CDMA, one for GSM,
and one for GSM data).

Not impossible, but rather unlikely I think.
