Yes! Unlike the vocal majority here, I for one do like Windows Mobile - I've
had a 700wx for about 9 months now.

Wifi has been rumored to be on this phone for a while so it's no surprise, and
really none of the specs are, they've been more or less known for months. The
phone was initially supposed to be out in April, then June, now finally July
13th, so I've been waiting for a while. I wish they could get the price down a
little closer to the $100 Centro, but I suppose $250 isn't horrible. We'll see
if they get it a bit lower with the iPhone setting the bar at the $200 level.

I'm not all that excited about Wifi. As others have noted, it's not nearly as
ubiquitous as EVDO, however, it doesn't have the latency of EVDO so can be used
more effectively for applications like streaming and VOIP.

What I am more excited about:

EVDO Rev. A - this is a faster version of EVDO that has better latency and
higher throughput, much closer to wifi. I just don't know how much of Sprint's
network supports this yet.

GPS! - Built in GPS will be nice. I'm just starting to get into the whole
location-based services stuff (check out brightkite.com), but even just with
navigation, it will be nice not to have to carry an extra device with you.

Stereo Bluetooth (A2DP) - I think you can get this for the 700wx in an update,
but I'm not sure. I don't believe any of the PalmOS-based Treos have this,
although there is a third-party software whose name escapes me right now which
allows you to do this. When I was using it, it wasn't the most stable. Having
this as part of the supported features out of the box will be nice.

2MP camera. I'm not sure what the quality will be like, since megapixels do
not equal quality, but I'm hopeful that this might do a passable job at taking
non-challenging type photos (no backlight, nicely lit with good contrast, etc.)
