On July 1st, both the PC at home and the PC at my office stopped recognizing the USB cradle for my 700P. It used to happen occasionally to one or the other and a reboot usually solved the problem. This time the problem persists.
Anyone ever encountered this? Will a reinstall of the Palm desktop solve the problem? Is it just a coincidence that both PC's did it on the same day (or am I getting paranoid?)?
