Of greater interest to me is the 'Mobile Me' cloud. There are a variety of ways to cloudsync now but none particularly elegant or reliable.
For instance, my desktop practice management system is based on TimeMatters, which is sorta like Outlook on steroids. But I can only sync back and forth with the Treo or with Outlook, but not 3-way. So to get my calendar into Google calendar (and I can't get my contacts, todo's and notes into it at all), I have to sync Timezmatters one way with Outlook, and let Google calendarsync do the rest.
