Email, no. I use IMAP. But if I was stuck with POP, and verizon.net wants me to be, the answer would be yes. As for music, again the answer is no and yes. I don't stream from home at work. I have a copy of a lot of my music on my work computer, probably 80 GB. I transferred that to work via an external USB HD, not over the air, though I could have. Would I want to stream from home to work? Well if the IT department (which includes me) caught me streaming music, they would shut me down -- and they would catch me. We are pretty loose where I work, but bandwidth hogging streaming is prohibited. Likewise, I wonder how much of that 2-5 GB of "unlimited" data will get eaten if all of your data is somewhere else. And I wouldn't bet that Sprint is going to lift that cap just because of one niche phone. [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
