[Treo] ActiveSync

In getting ready for the Palm Pre, I'm trying to familiarize myself with Hosted 
Exchange and ActiveSync.  Is ActiveSync as good as everyone is saying?  Does it 
really keep all of your mail, calendar and contacts perfectly synchronized with 
Microsoft Outlook?  Can anyone share their experiences with it?  Do some hosted 
exchange companies work better than others for this purpose?  Thanks!
