Strange... My experiance is totally opposite. Hotsync was way better than activesync/windows mobile device centre on vista for me. I am a geek and I had both wired and bluetooth sync setup for my treo ... rarely if ever had any problems. with my new treo pro i generally have issues with hotsync. and i dislike the fact that removing the partnership physically deletes stuff from the phone. its a nightmare. I am currently using microsofts myphone beta, i've tried google EAS and i've tried wired and bluetooth activesysnc... currently i have removed the google EAS and doing slightly better but the vista activesync is simply terrible.
