I just heard from Sprint corporate customer relations (not a service rep, an actual manager) who confirmed that Sprint stores selling Palm Pres will sell them to anyone: new customer, new line, or upgrade.
So, if you get to a store and get some b.s. about them reserving them for new customers, tell them to call corporate...or you will...with your lawyer. -- CRA1G on Twitter
