I of course can't live without TCPMP - there is a rebuilt version of 0.72 that comes with flv/youtube profiles. There's also a cab file that allows it to continue playing when the screen turns off.
I must say I didn't know about the Internet Sharing or EndKeyAsHomeKey stuff, but I was hot on the trail of something that allowed the Treo Pro to act as a wifi hotspot. All this stuff I've found from XDA. Also Mocha VNC and Mocha Telnet, the Google Apps ribbon (with search and Maps) on the Today screen (to avoid having to use Bing through Sprint), and the WMP Resume Plugin.
