Definitely check out Skyfire on the Treo Pro. While it uses a proxy server, it gives you a much nicer browsing experience, and you can zoom everything in to the detail needed on a 3 inch screen! Skyfire also lets you do things like watch Hulu.
I would also recommend Kinoma for all other media, from streaming audio, podcasts, mp3's, to youtube.
