You just call Sprint (or go to a Sprint store).  They will get the ESN for
the phone and change your line to reference that new phone.  Not sure
technically what goes on behind the scenes, but I've done this many times.
It's easy.  Not as easy as taking a SIM card out of one phone and putting it
into another, but still, not too dificult.  Usually you will start receiving
calls fairly soon (within an hour or two, or less), but sometimes getting
the data to work on the new phone can take a little longer...
