One of the easiest ways of doing it is to do it online. If you have not set up your sprint account online I would recommend doing so. I pay my bill, check usage, change my phone (ESN SWAP) anytime I want to with no additional charges.
You can add or delete options. Add new lines of service, if your allowed to in the beginning. _____________________________________ Sprint Treo 800w Blackberry 8320 PIN 247FA6E9 PDA Repair - Blackberry, Treo, Windows Mobile Motorola 2-Way Radio Service and Technical Consulting http://www.capstonewirelessllc.com/Handsetrepair.htm http://www.twowayshopper.com <http://www.twowayshopper.com/> http://groups.yahoo.com/group/GMRSDFW http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/Treo800w/ http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/TreoPro/ _____ From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Levi Wallach Sent: Wednesday, August 26, 2009 12:31 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [Treo] For Sale: New Treo 800w You just call Sprint (or go to a Sprint store). They will get the ESN for the phone and change your line to reference that new phone. Not sure technically what goes on behind the scenes, but I've done this many times. It's easy. Not as easy as taking a SIM card out of one phone and putting it into another, but still, not too dificult. Usually you will start receiving calls fairly soon (within an hour or two, or less), but sometimes getting the data to work on the new phone can take a little longer...
