I'm using a 700p. I was really pleased when I found I could sync to the laptop using bluetooth. I'm now trying to sync to two different computers using bluetooth.
I've sync'd the Palm to multiple computers for years. The question is bluetooth naming. The Treo found each computer as "unnamed computer". I know the upper entry is the laptop and the lower entry is the bluetooth dongle on my desktop. I can sync to each of the (one at a time). I'd like to change the names in the Treo entry. I don't know how to make Windows XP submit a different name, or to change the name in a profile already established on the Treo. In Vista, the bluetooth link appears with the name the computer supplies to the network. Is XP incapable of this? Charlie
