I have both a google and a Palm address book. On some entries it shows two profiles (overlapping icons) but just a single entry. But others show separate entries for each profile . . . typically the Palm entry is indexed under the first name, and google by the last name. If I search, I see both entries, but editing one doesn't change the other (no surprise). Any ideas how to weed these extras out, without a really exhaustive search & destroy? What had I done wrong?
