Yep. Delete the account and recreate it, allowing the sync relationship to be recreated. In my experience this happens occasionally with Versamail.

It will Alert me every so often with an error stating Error: Please sync your EAS account This can happen right after I've done a sync--almost like it is finding out there is a message on the first sync and then will download it on the second.
