8 September 2009 To spare you guys and gals, I have an answer. Am forgetting my thought process to figure it out. I think I pieced together remarks from various Internet posts.
Anyhow, here it is, which many of you may know already. The Palm desktop contacts list has to be exported to a .cvs file and saved. Then in Gmail you import that file. Voila! You have your contacts in Gmail and I assume once a Pre is ginned up the Pre pulls in the contacts list or accesses the list in the cloud? I am also assuming as the contacts list is edited or amended, the Pre picks up the changes? Cannot wait until I get my Pre at the end of the year. By the way, I think it was in this list that someone mentioned Youtube Pre videos. Thanks. There are a lot there and many are informative.
