I use Evernote for the same purpose -- a note on my Treo Pro becomes available later on my desktop. BUT, there are times when wifi or cell service is not available and using evernote becomes a risky proposition. If such a plug-in were available for WinMob, I'd sure look at it. (I know you're talking WedOS, but I'm saying Yes to the idea, not asking for the app on my soon-to-be antique platform.)
