That sounds like a corrupt file. When you open DTG on your desktop pc. Is there an error? Go to the support section at the Dataviz site: http://tinyurl.com/DTG-problem

In fact, accessing the documents icon - while bringing up the screen listing the documents - "freezes" the machine completely and I have to do a soft reset to do be able to use it again. I've tried un- and re-installing the program, both on the treo and my desktop. I've tried hard resets. Nada. All other programs seem to work. Any ideas? Thanks E. Wagner
