Thanks to all who responded. I'm answering j_c_d because s/he was the first who "blamed" an SD card, something I came upon after accidentally removing it a while before the first helpful post. After having no problem with another card, I re-formated the problem-card - which BTW had nothing on it but some mp3 songs. DocsToGo now works with that card too. I guess I should have checked the card for hidden files before re-formating Thanks again for the help.
