I believe Microsoft Direct Push is all or nothing on the Pre.
I believe Google Tasks is NOT sync'd with the Pre, since I think it's so new it doesn't sync with anything, yet. I'm sure it will at some point. Marking tasks complete won't delete tasks from the Exchange/Outlook todo list, though they might become hidden depending on how you have the Outlook todo list configured. The only way they'll be gone completely is if you delete them.
