When you first get a missed call, you see this: If you wait a bit, or do something, or if another notice comes in, it reduces to either this: Or this: On the first one, you can dismiss or call back. On the second one, you can tap, and it will return the call, or swipe left or right and it will go away. On the third one, you can tap on the little ricochet phone icon and it will revert to the second one. If you're not seeing any of those, then I'd say there's a problem with your phone!
