Yep, no memo syncing of any kind in the native device. I think a consensus is emerging that Evernote is an excellent (superior) substitute for Memos, and it's nicely cross-platform. www.evernote.com.

It's an app that is no longer supported (so bugs won't be fixed) and you're much better off, frankly, syncing to a cloud service if you want desktop editing access to calendar, email, and contacts.
