[Treo] How switch to Outlook hotsync instead of Palm Desktop?

I currently hotsync with the Palm Desktop.  If I want to switch over to
using Outlook 2007 instead, how do I do that?   This is in case I decide to
go the Pocket Mirror route for syncing the Pre and maintaining categories in
Tasks and Memos.  
 
My setup is: Windows Vista, Palm Desktop 6.2.2.
