It's Bruno Ganz as Hitler in this 2004 Best Foreign Film Oscar nominee. The original is quite a gripping film about Hitler's last days in the bunker, based loosely upon a true story by his secretary. The clip has been used many many times on Youtube for a variety of scenes. Like several others, this is a pretty funny take on what is really happening in the film. I saw about 3 different variants before deciding to actually find and watch the entire film (which is nearly 3 hours long). This scene comes fairly early. I don't speak German, so I can't say whether he's cursing, but he's just found out General Steiner is nowhere near Berlin, which is about to be overrun by the Russian army.
