It's Bruno Ganz as Hitler in this 2004 Best Foreign Film Oscar nominee. The original is quite a gripping film about Hitler's last days in the bunker, based loosely upon a true story by his secretary. The clip has been used many many times on Youtube for a variety of scenes. Like several others, this is a pretty funny take on what is really happening in the film. I saw about 3 different variants before deciding to actually find and watch the entire film (which is nearly 3 hours long). This scene comes fairly early. I don't speak German, so I can't say whether he's cursing, but he's just found out General Steiner is nowhere near Berlin, which is about to be overrun by the Russian army. It's supposed to be the moment he realizes the war is essentially over.
