Hey Vishal,

You didn't mention any of the stuff below when you sent your first message.
All you said was "how do you install WebOS QuickInstall." I hope you aren't
offended by this, as I'm just trying to aid in the flow of communication here,
but I wanted to suggest that you please be as descriptive as possible when
asking or responding to a question. It seems you like to make your
questions/comments very short compared to a lot of us here, and perhaps this is
due to the pain of having to type this stuff out on your phone, but I often
find it pretty difficult to discern what you are asking (although not in this
case) or suggesting. The more background info or descriptiveness you can
provide (to a point), the clearer your intentions are - you can discern it much
better with CONTEXT. Thanks.

As far as the answer, it sounds like your pc isn't able to see your phone. As
someone else suggested, this could be to it simply not being plugged in,
however I was under the impression that the program would tell you more
specifically that it couldn't find a Pre or actually prompt you to plug it in
(although I might be remembering that from the WEBOS Repair Utility). You also
need to set it to just charge (not usb drive). If those don't work, you might
need to install novacom drivers. There's lots of instructions on the web about
the steps to install, including on the main page for it on PreCentral:
http://forums.precentral.net/canuck-software/228310-webos-quick-install-v3-01-a.html

Good luck!
