I get this from clients from time to time. My answer for you is the same as the one I give them: just put 'em all in there. Outlook is the most general, most flexible place to keep them, since everything interfaces with it one way or another. You'll use searching to find what you want anyway, and ignore the rest, but at least you'll know where everything is.
If you start splitting things up . . . that way lies madness!!! Cheers, Don From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of George Kontos Sent: Wednesday, February 03, 2010 12:22 PM To: Treo List Yahoo Subject: [Treo] Outlook contacts question Prior to last week I used Outlook 2007 for email only. All other PIM functions were handled by my Treo syncing with Palm Desktop. When I got the new Pre Plus last week I converted my Palm Desktop data over to Outlook 2007. One thing I didn't like was that it put ALL of my Palm contacts into the Outlook email address book. I don't regularly email most of those people, and don't want all those names cluttering up my email address book. Is there a way to put just a small subset of contacts in the Outlook email address book?
