I have not tried that - no one's sent me a video - but try as a
workaround connecting to your PC as a USB drive.
Go to Palm Pre/.attachments/mms
You should find a folder there that contains the attached files.
From there, you can move/copy to wherever you wish.
Not as nice as simply saving the vid, but it works.
