OK. got it. Under Preware/System utilities, install Internalz It requires Filemgr Service, which you have to install with webOS Quick Install, on the Preware list.
Once both are installed, the service will be invisible, but tap on the Internalz icon. From there, you may navigate - it's pretty easy and intuitive, really - to the folder holding the attachment. Tap on the file and you get a context menu, like right-clicking on your PC, that allows you to move, copy, etc. Move the video to the 100PALM folder and it shows up on the video roll, right where is should have been in the first place.
