IIRC, you "hold" the gesture area at the bottom and then press the key.

They comprise a "target" symbol pluse a letter for Cut, Copy, Paste and Select All. Alas, while they seem to imply that those letters plus the Orange or Shift key would invoke the desired command ... or am I just not holding my mouth (or fingers) right?
